Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Love Remains Studio ("Love Remains Studio," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our products or digital memorial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

OUR PRODUCTS

Love Remains Studio creates handcrafted personalized memorial products including, but not limited to:

  • Temporary memorial plaques

  • Permanent granite memorials

  • Ceramic memorial portraits

  • QR memorial plaques

  • Digital Memorial Pages

  • Memorial accessories

Because every item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, engraving, natural stone patterns, and ceramic finishes are considered normal and are not defects.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Every memorial is custom-made specifically for your order.

Because of this:

All personalized sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if an error was made by Love Remains Studio.

DESIGN APPROVAL

Before production begins, a digital proof will be provided whenever applicable.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review:

  • spelling

  • names

  • dates

  • photographs

  • quotations

  • inscriptions

  • layout

Production begins only after written approval.

Once approved, Love Remains Studio is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

PHOTOGRAPS

Some memorial designs include a photograph, while others are text only.

For the most elegant result, we recommend using one high-resolution portrait.

If a submitted photograph is not suitable for production, we may request an alternative image.

Image quality directly affects the final product.

PRODUCTION TIME

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy.

Production may vary depending on:

  • order volume

  • material availability

  • custom artwork revisions

  • weather events

  • shipping delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Love Remains Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • customs inspections

  • weather

  • natural disasters

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Any shipping damage must be reported within five (5) calendar days.

INSTALLATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any memorial complies with the rules and regulations of the cemetery, memorial park, church, or property where it will be installed.

Love Remains Studio is not responsible for installation restrictions imposed by third parties.

DIGITAL MEMORIES

Eligible memorial products include a complimentary Digital Memorial Page for one (1) month.

After the complimentary period expires, customers may choose to continue hosting through an optional annual subscription.

If the subscription is not renewed, the Digital Memorial Page may be removed from public access without notice.

The physical memorial plaque remains fully functional and remains the property of the customer.

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE MEMORIAL

Customers may choose between two sharing options.

Public Memorial

When a QR code is placed on the memorial plaque, anyone who scans the code may access the Digital Memorial Page.

Private Memorial

Customers may choose not to include a QR code on the memorial plaque. In that case, access is available only through a private link or QR code shared directly by the customer.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

Customers retain ownership of the photographs, videos, written tributes, and other content they submit.

By submitting content, customers grant Love Remains Studio a limited license to use that content solely for producing memorial products and providing Digital Memorial Page services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including:

  • logos

  • graphics

  • product photography

  • layouts

  • designs

  • written content

is the property of Love Remains Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love Remains Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas.

Love Remains Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
